Right to withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery).

The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate warranty seal applied to each item.

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer.

The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.

The refund will be based on the payment method you used to complete the purchase no later than 30 days from the date the returns have been received.
